Virgin Australia Velocity - Velocity Silver & Two free lounge passes

Hi, ref the above benefit, are these virtual vouchers that credit/show on your account or real/physical vouchers?

I ask as I qualify while traveling and it would be nice to use them on hitting silver.

They are "virtual vouchers". The lounge attendants will be able to see on the computer if you have free passes available. There are no physical vouchers to worry about ^

They are visible in your velocity account. NOTE THE EXPIRY DATES THOUGH - they are valid for three months from issue apparently as several have people found out when it was too late!
