GLBT Travelers - Gay life in Panama City, Panama

I am new here in Panama City, Panama, and live near the downtown. Is there any gay bars or clubs nearby? I searched but found almost all the info is out of date on the website. And also I heard that there is a gay sotre, whats the exact location? Is anybody very fimilar with all these life? any suggestion?

Yes, It seems that this is the largest one in Panama. But it`s a little bit far from my apartment, and I am afraid to go ther alone.

anyone have any *negative* experiences in Bocas del Toro?
