after the Air Berlin / Etihad coop and part-take-over the logic consequence must be that the one world deal is off. I have not found any official statement from neither side. does anyone saw something ??

Air Berlin is still due to join Oneworld this year. The Etihad deal has not changed anything in that respect.

At this moment there isn't any reason that partnership with Etihad should be reason to step out of oneworld.
