What are the overnite sleeping options in FRA w a LH arrival connecting to SQ using the Lounges? J class.

I'm pretty sure that none of the FRA lounges remain open overnight.

None. There are no lounges open overnight. Many are open from 0530-2230.

Getting a room at one of the hotels like the Sheraton, Hilton or Hilton Garden Inn (Don't know if they are already open) which are all connected to the Airport Building. Or one of the Hotels with a shuttle service. Be aware you have to leave the secure and transit area to do so. So check first if you can enter Germany without a visa.

Hilton Garden Inn is opened now. Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn are next to each other at the SQUAIRE near the train station. They are connected with T1 via skywalk, a bit more further down from Sheraton if walking from T1.
