Finnair Plus - Finnairs customer syrvey about FF program

Great and needed.
Finnair has started customer surveys about their FF program. It came with mail, so don't know who is the target group.
Open question; how likely would you recommend Finnair's FF program to somebody, with scale 1-10 and they open word for writing why. Also asked what needs to be changed.

I wish it is not too late for Finnair to start syrveys now. Should have been done long ago.

Hopefully they read the answers. I gave them a "3" for "Would you recommend?" and a long list of why.

It's up there:

OK, I was thinking there were a longer question section (for machine-reading and grading) and an open section for suggestions.
I didn't get one, and I was curious over which question they didn't ask. No biggie, I will survive:)
