Being Alitalia...it doesn't show the reservation!

* Siamo spiacenti, la prenotazione non puņ essere visualizzata ne modificata via web. Ti invitiamo a contattare l’agenzia di viaggio che ha effettuato la prenotazione.

If it wasn't bought directly from Alitalia then you can't view it.

Bought through the french AZ helpline one week ago got my PNR and all the stuffs but like hockey11111 I am not able to check on the website (get the same answer)
