Virgin America Elevate - Seat map question

This may have been answered already so I apologize if this is a repeat question. I wanted to book first class for a flight in a few days, but it says "not available" however, when I viewed the seat map there are still two seats showing up as available. ??

Probably because there were two people who booked without assigning seats.
