Room Booked : Executive Suite
Price Paid : £45.60 (35% of weekend rate - Hotel only on 15% occupancy)
Hotel:
This is a marriot courtyard hotel, it was built as one including the lovely courtyard and converted to the Holiday Inn Brand a few years ago. Bar area and dining area refreshed, I have stayed here a few times now and they have not had a Major Holiday Inn re-brand in the rooms (See Pictures).
Free Car parking - 3 minutes from Junction 14 M1 - 10 Minutes from Newport Bagnell and 15 Minutes from Milton Keynes central.

Offered Wake Up Call, Newspaper etc
Offerred a trial program of Sweets/Chocolate/Drink or free Grown up drink from the Bar (Bar wins every time - Only 1 drink not one per person)
Offered Breakfast Vouchers for £8.50 half price.
late check out 2:00pm already placed on room.
No Upgrade as I already had the best room in the hotel for £45.60 so bargain. :cool:
All SUITES (That I am aware off = 6 of them) are not disabled friendly, no lifts stairs only, they are in the original manor house building with 3 per foor over two floors. Steep stairs after a few drinks.
Bar area - Nice with modern feel, resteraunt good.
Breakfast great. Turned out to be only 19 people in the hotel, so continental help yourself, but the full english was cooked to order whilst you munched on toast, so everything fresh not on a self service.
Overall Good - They had put the extra bathrobe/slippers in the room realising two people and Free Chocolate bar and still/fizzy water.
Mini Bar is stocked but no free gifts.... Just crazy £2.50 can of coke etc you all know the drill.
On Check out , the room should have had a bottle of wine (house) in it for the weekend guest and that was not in the room, so the general manager had removed two rounds of drinks (so 4 drinks) from the bill as an apology and also presented me with a 500 PC Points Voucher to load on via interweb....
The pictures, nice and clean and no problems, however showing a bit dated and still holding the Marriot Look and feel.
