Fairmont President's Club - Can I combine $25 Dining Certificates with Authentically Local Food Experience?

I bought the lifetime platinum membership in 2011, and unfortunately, I haven't gotten much use out of it so far. Hopefully, I have about 40 more years to do so. :D
Anyway, I am trying to use up as many of the Platinum certificates as possible. I've booked a complimentary night + suite upgrade for Dubai in February.
I have no more room in the schedule to stay at another Fairmont before February 29, 2012, so my remaining suite and room upgrades will go to waste. :(
To use up the dining benefits, I was planning to drop into the local Fairmont San Francisco. Without staying at the hotel, is it possible to combine the 4 x $25 Dining Certificates with the Authentically Local Food Experience, all in one visit?

I donīt see a reason why you couldnīt combine the certs. Local Food Experience cert covers one entree, so you could use the 4x$25 dining certs for any accompanying guests, starters/desserts etc. (note that officially you canīt use the certs for alcohol)
I wouldnīt make a big deal about the fact that youīre not staying at the hotel. While thereīs no mention in the T&C that you canīt just walk in and have dinner, I know some restaurants/hotels somewhat frown upon this practice.
And donīt forget to tip based on the pre-voucher amount.;)

We are in Scottsdale and NOT staying at the Fairmont but just called and reserved a table for two at the La Hacienda using the Authentic Local expereince. I still have not used any of my $25 dining certs. so will try to use them up also before they expire on Feb. 29th..^

Here's the approach I've used (even during blackouts as this seem to hold more on free nights and upgrades than when using certs):
1. Confirm they have a local dish when making the reservation.
2. When the bill arrives give them your $25 certs. 2 out of 3 they just said, oh you have those too and I said yes.
Has worked 3 times for me (my wife and I are both Plats).
Only at one hotel, at a pool bar have I ever had any issues with certs. There they seemed like they never saw them before and checked with a manager and said only one per bill. Then after just saying that has never been the case they said ok and took 3.
I haven't asked at sitting if they can use both of them together (local + $25)as it seems to me to be asking for too much at one time. And if they said no at the end, well - I'd try a little but then just pay myself if needed.

Short answer: Yes
A hotel will take all or most of the certificates.. its good to earn and burn, and not have any remaining at the end of the qualification year..

I think the Scottsdale "experience" is a flight of tequila, no?
