Hi all,

I was about to book a number of seats on Saudi Airlines and after around a week of searching, the price jumped by 200 euro's per person :(

Does anyone know if they log the number of searches for a flight and alter the price as i know that UK airlines do this (alter the price if many people are searching for set dates)...

If they do i will wait a few days as i need to book 7 seats so it's a big increase..

I'm struggling to believe that SV are really that sophisticated :D but you could always clear your browser's cookies or use a different browser (IE/Firefox/Opera/Chrome/etc).

What route are you looking at ? For regional and domestic flights, online availability can disappear but be ok direct or through travel agents.

MXP to Manila - tried clearing cookies, different browser etc...

I will wait and hopefully they will open up more seats at the lower price..

May I ask why you want to fly Saudia on that route? Most people i know try to avoid SV.

I have no problem with the in-flight service (I can survive a few hours without a drink!), but I'd be more worried about schedule changes and connections in JED or RUH without a transit visa.

Try to avoid JED for transit and stick to RUH they have better transit experience.

What dates are you looking at? I'm sure someone can check if the cheap seats are sold out (which means they can open up again) or if the fare was pulled (in which case its less likely to go down to original price.)
