Eh ... did you mean to post this under HK or Singapore? Or are we going to open the "singapore noodles" in HK restaurants discussion? :)

Seriously, I don't know where to go for it in HK. In SIN, I can think up a few good places.

Seriously - fly to SIN to get the crab.

IME, the taste is so much different.

Not a direct answer to your question...however have you tried Typhoon Shelter Crab? Def a HK crab dish to try and probably better than the BP Crab in HK.

The style is way much different.

Either style/venue would probably be better than the BP crab in HK or at the least a more interesting dine over BP crab.

My last two T.S. Crab were in restaurant ... Under Bridge. Good but didn't match the memory of times with family/friends on vacation when we'd go out to a junk to eat on the water.

That's the cuisine style in Hong Kong - a nice place does not mean the food is tasty...
