Hilton HHonors - CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT DIAMOPND GETS.

Just did a stay at the Ausckand Hilton.
I am Diamond and checked in and was given a room low floor -near lift -brick pillows.
My profile high floor- away from lift -feather pillows.
I know I was not going to be happy.
I asked about comp breakfast.
No you have been up´graded.- They will be happy to give me my original room and ONE breakfast.
I asked 3 people they all said the same.
so I páid for breakfast.
I asked if I was supposed to get an amenity.
they said I did. 4 chocolates.
I have read other threads regarding this but no one from Hilton has advised.

Exactly!
That is exactly what is printed.
So why do Auckland Hilton continue to deny the benefits printed in the brockure!
