JAL Mileage Bank - Lounge in sydney with guest?

I am traveling business class on jal from Sydney to Tokyo. I've noticed they use the QANTAS lounge in sydney. I have no status with jal and used an emirates miles ticket. I am travelling with a colleage who is in y class. Can I invite him to the lounge in sydney or Tokyo?

unfortunately no. But if he's flying in normal fare he will have access too.
