All agreed with tcm;
just want to change: Award Availability to F.
(I use only award economy limited which has no availability for the next 6 months for some legs)

Major problems and possible solutions;
1. No way to purchase more miles for a top off. Virtually every other major airline offers this. There is nothing wrong with setting a limit but as it is now, itäs impossible to top off. Even the miles we are allowed to purchase to retain status cannot be used for redemption....mean-spirited to elites.
2. Elite plus should be given more recognition. In my case, I could have attained it, but didn't feel it was worth it.
3. Someone needs to look over the rules and express them in more understandable English.
4. An affinity card for non-Turkish residents would help. US cards are available for Air Canada, Lufthansa, Aeromexico, ANA, etc....With all TK's expansion to the US, and the huge Turkish community there, a TK credit card would be a great way to help make the airline known in the US. The two-year status, the fact that TK Elite will allow its holder to use domestic US lounges, and the 40k elite requirement and 25k retention would make such a card an instant winner. I once suggested this to TK in a survey, but never got a response.

TK Miles & Smiles new member, my 2 segments on CO posted within 2 days and TK sent me a separate email notifying me on each segment posting and cumulative balance. Never had any ff program do that before after a flight(AA, AC, AS, BA, CO, or DL). Looking forward to my LAX-IST-HKG trip in March and LAX-IST trip in September all in CC.

it's basically near impossible for foreigners to get the affinity shop & miles card, unless you have significant proof that you make a lot of money in Turkey (not elsewhere)
As is the case in most countries around the World.
