Amtrak Guest Rewards - Delay in points from end of year?

I had some Acela/NE corridor trips around the holidays. It's been more than 3 weeks and none has posted. Anyone else experiencing delays? Unfortunately, I didn't keep all my stubs, so I was hoping maybe others were in the same boat and it was just a systemwide delay because I'll probably face issues getting credit if they have to do it manually.

There was definitely a delay for me. I had eight segments from early-mid-December that hadn't posted. I submitted the ticket numbers (from the ticket stubs) online for credit on Monday; six just posted today. ^

I'd definitely recommend keeping ticket stubs in the future. You should be able to track the segments using the reservation numbers when you call, but the numbers may eventually expire and it's nice to have the paper trail. Hopefully, once e-ticketing launches, you'll have the full ticket numbers at hand instantly.

I have several tickets waiting to credit, the oldest is a 12/24 boarding. I have more travel this weekend and am not under any pressure to make the 4/1 redemption increase deadline so I am going to give it another week before following up.

EDIT: I actually had a 12/26 boarding post while typing this, took me a few seconds to figure out why it posted as 12/24 and then realized the train (#8) began on 12/24.

I'm still waiting for some to post of a couple rides I did on Dec. 28th on the Hiawatha. I have 112 points to get before making Select Plus, and those two tickets should push me over the edge. Barely got the rides in. :)

...And, my two remaining missing segments posted, too! I like that previous-year TQP is visible, and that status updates to the next year so we can confirm we've crossed the threshold. ^

It hasn't been 3 weeks yet, so the credits are hopefully not missing. After 3 weeks, you can request credit. I usually give it about 4 weeks.
