Online Travel Booking and Bidding Agencies - How to book CPH-FAO-KRK with ITA fare?

I found this fare on ITA Software but I'm unable to book it via Orbitz with the price that ITA is giving me.

I even called Lufthansa Reservation Center but they can't see the SN flights on their system.

Do you have any idea if this is a fare that is bookable?

Did you try the other suspects - Priceline, Expedia, Onetravel, CheapOtickets, cheaptravel, etc.?

I can't book this itinerary on those websites with the price that appears on ITA.

Perhaps the fare exists but it's sold out??

I'm not sure about this but one thing I can see in the fare rules for the first fare component Carrier LH SNC68W2 CPH to FAO is as shown below:

It seems to say that your open jaw at origin between CPH and KRK is not permitted. Combining the LH fare with the SN fare only allows an OJ within the same country. If that is correct then ITA is combining fares that aren't combinable.
