We planning to stay at Molino Stucky Hilton in May, any suggestion for a reasonable restuarants nearby?

Trattoria Do Mori. Fondamenta Sant' Eufemia Giudecca 588 tel: 041 522 5452. Closed: Sundays, located just by the Vaporetto stop. If you are there in Spring/Summer, its a good idea to reserve a table; the concierge at the HIlton can take care of this for you

take the boat to venice and eat there.
nothing wrong with do mori, but it is not that special, and i presume it is overwhelmed with stukieites. i'm certain more food will show up soon.

I agree with Slawecki.
If you're interested in seafood, take the vaporetto across the canal and head for La Furatola in Dorsoduro.

I eat there often and I've never sensed it being overwhelmed with people from the Hilton. Yes, there are great options across the Canal, there are great options on the Giudecca (Harry's Dolci) but given that the OP expressly asked for something reasonable near the Hilton - Do Mori really is their best bet.
