Etihad Airways Etihad Guest - Lounge access on codeshare partner

If I fly on a codeshare partner of Etihad, am I entitled lounge access with my Silver card? Also, how can I book my ticket on a EY flight number and not on the real carrier?

Dont know about the lounge, but Id think if you went to Eithads website theyd be selling the flight as a EY flight

I know I couldnt purchase a CO codeshare on VS (virgin) straight from VS but could from CO

On Etihads website I cannot select codeshare destinations. Any other way to book?

EY codeshare flights with TK from Istanbul ... EY flightnumber but on a TK Metal .. NO LOUNGE ACCESS IN ISTANBUL !
