Best Western Rewards - BW Feedback Survey For Reward Stay?

Does anybody know if you get 250 BW points for filling out a survey after a reward stay? Just submitted one last week and no points have posted yet.

Sometimes I get them the next day, sometimes the next statement cycle but I always get them.

Well, I always get them eventually (but it often takes many weeks) after I do the (max one every 30 days) at bwfeedback.com.

But I often get emails for surveys more often than that, and I tend to avoid those, because I'm not sure that I'll get the 250 if I do them that way (and that often).

Those of you who are getting 250 points every time, which way are you doing your surveys, at bwfeedback.com only, whenever you get an email after a stay asking to do a survey, or a mix of the two?

I only take the survey's they solicit via email after I stay.

I'm hoping if I complain enough they'll finally get firmer pillows.

But how close together in time are your stays?

If they're typically more than a month apart, then you're presumably not doing the email surveys more often than the 30 days apart which the BW Feedback site claims you need between surveys.

I always got those 250 points after my award stays, using bwfeedback.com. Usually in 3-4 days.

I never wait for any e-mail, after arriving home I immediately fill out a survey.

According my experience, the '30 days' - rule is not enforced. I got those survey points even when my stays were less then 30 days apart.

Well, once when I did a survey (a few months ago), I came back the next day to do another survey, and it said I couldn't, that I had to wait till 30 days from my last survey.

But I never tried a wait longer than 1 day but less than 30. :)

I've gone to the webpage and it asks me to click to complete the survey, but I can't see the survey anywhere on the page when I click through. Can anyone guide me?

Try again, perhaps with another browser?

I tried loading the landing page (www.bwfeedback.com) in IE, and it loaded terribly (it didn't draw at all for 2 minutes, until I forced a reload). I then tried itin Firefox and it worked perfectly.

I do find it annoying how it asks you a zillion quesitons now. (DIdn't it used find your past stays automatically? Now it asks me to specify the hotel and the checkout date manualy.)

But anyway, I dd just get a survey on the next page when I clicked through (and was able to complete it successfully, and get a page at the end saying I would get 250 points). So I presume you ran into either temporary website issues or the webiste not getting along with a particular browser.
