Avis - Corporate Awards?

Hi all
I am currently an Avis 1st member, but I think we know what that gets you. I recently received an email about a Corporate Award program for people who own or work for a small to midsize company. Did I read it right when it said something like I would get a free rental day with every 15 days? Have people successfully signed up for this, and what do they require to sign up?

Also, what type of rates does it get you? since it says you will get a new awd number. I usually use a costco code. Is it worth it to sign up for this?

We have it at our very small company and are pretty happy with it. You do, indeed, get a new AWD code that seems to get the same pricing as many of the airline codes, although sometimes it's cheaper (in either case, just put in the AWD and select "lowest available" and it will decide). You do get reward certificates after 15 rental days along with a couple of other coupons. The free rental days can add up quickly since any rental using the code (each employee uses the same code) will credit toward the free days and you can combine certificates for multi-day rentals. You will also get a statement each month (or quarter?) with a summary of activity. These free days are above and beyond what any particular driver is earning through Avis First.

We also do this at my company, and it's been quite successful for us. A quick note about the free rental day coupons, you get them quarterly and they can be used on any vehicle up to full-size for no more than a week at a time.
