Other North & South America Frequent Flyer Programs - Transat TS41 YUL-GIG enroute?

While tracking another flight on Flight Aware, I noticed something quite unusual: a Transat flight direct YUL to Rio de Janeiro. On 03Jan12 TS also has a YYZ-GIG flight. Nothing on the TS web site.
Is this a special charter, ferry flight? Anybody with some insight?

And today an A310-300 is enroute YYZ-GIG. Does the 310 even have the legs to fly pull pax (remember 249 with TS) for 10h?
My guess, a little paint job and maybe cabin mods as touted recently.
Air Transat sends their A310 to GIG for maintenance at TAP/ME.

Ah. Obrigado, C010T3. I guess the same for the A333, at one point in time the engine mtce was done by AC in YUL perhaps not the airframe.
