my wife and 4 year old are flying first class from london to sydney. last time they flew emirates J class and the food for my son was very poor - brought up economy food an hour after my wife had been served. any advice with EY? do you need to pre-order for children or will they make something with new chefs on board? the call centre with EY is not that helpful. we have reserved the two centre seats for all four legs.

also my wife had a bad experience with virgin once. a fellow passenger made a rude comment about our son as she boarded though to be fair did apologise at the end of the flight when he realised how well behaved our son was - sleeps most of the time, watches videos and plays quietly. it did upset her and ruin her flight. are the flight attendants on EY generally good looking after a women on her own with a young child?

many thx for any help

As you probably know many middle eastern families have large number of children and they always fly in F class or J class. As a result, all EY FAs are trained to handle children very well and I think this will ease the pressure on your wife.

So I think your wife shouldn't worry much and just enjoy the EY amazing F class.
