Can someone please advise the likely quality of seat and service in business class on KE8122 SYD-ICN, travelling later this month? EF lists aircraft as a 772.
I have zero experience of KE but it has been put up as one option for part of a more complex itinerary.
Thanks and regards,

Angled lie-flat (Prestige Plus). It's a nice seat. Not as good as their flat bed seats (Prestige Sleeper), but still a good seat. (Looks like that's a day flight anyway, so sleeping won't matter so much.) Go to koreanair.com and pick Flight Schedule with New Aircraft under "on Board" to find out what your flight will have.

It seems you can only look as far as 3 months. My wife and I are planning on using award tickets to fly sometime in the first week of April. I'm using Delta and she's using Korean skymiles. When she contacted Korean air, the agent informed her that the flight out of Atlanta KE 36 did not have prestige sleeper seats, however according to the flight schedule chart both KE 34 and 35 shows pictures of them. I read the thread on the KE35/36 and one FTer changed the flight to KE34, which has the 180 sleeper seats. However I don't see that flight number listed on the schedule. Also, the agent informed her that the date she wanted the flight had no award seats even though KE's website showed availability. I do understand that the website may not show the most accurate information. My dilemma is two fold, to try to use just my Delta skymiles and hope I can get two business class tickets on the prestige sleeper 180 flat vs probably the easier path which would be to book with separate mileage accounts. I'm flexible +/- 3 days for departure, but have read how difficult it is to find award tickets with delta skymiles. We're looking to depart from ATL or JFK and want to be on the same flight. We will depart from RDU so traveling to LAX would not be ideal since we may travel in on coach even though the award tickets are business. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I'd focus on getting seats on the same flight instead of being hung up on the Prestige Sleeper seats if you're trying to use SkyMiles. That said, look at flights out of JFK on the A380. Word is that KE is more generous with award inventory on those flights, and they have the Prestige Sleeper seats.
Also, if you're looking at dates outside the three month window, pull up inventory on ExpertyFlyer. If they're selling C but not J, it means Prestige Plus. J but not C means Prestige Sleeper. Note that they could do an equipment swap down the road, but it's at least an educated guess for the moment.
