i couldn't find much of any discussion on experiences with them on the net. The only experience i found searching on google was a complaint that they did not get the room that the paid for (a smaller room, less amenities).

I know its the same company, but they are not actually the same though. You actually sign up for them like 2 different sites and can get 2 different credits. There is a sign-up credit for family getaway and a seperate one for luxurylink.
