Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer - 747 with no F cabin?

There are a couple of SIN-HKG flights over the Lunar New Year period that have 747-400 as the equipment but there does not seem to have F class on them?

SQ doesn't use F cabin when flight is sold as 2-class. The F cabin is blocked off.
