InterContinental Hotels: Priority Club & Inter-Continental Ambassador - Couple of quick redemption questions

1) Is there a maximum number of rooms on a given night that I can have booked using points? I currently have 3 rooms booked for 3 nights in NYC but am thinking of adding a 4th.

2) (Different scenario) Can I book an award room for someone else? (i.e. using my points but I won't be there when they stay)

I don't think there's a limit, no.
