Travel Tools - Anyone else use Traxo
I admit that I like using/comparing the various tracking services, probably more than most, but I'm a bit surprised that there is practically no mention of Traxo on FT.
Maybe it's the competitive nature in me, but I like seeing myself in the top 10 of programs and elite statues, and marvel at profiles of those whose have hit 30+ countries in the last year.
I find myself visiting Traxo and AwardWallet much more frequently than the other 5, 6, 8? that I'm signed up with.
Anyone else?
Never heard of Taxo before...sorry

I dunno which other sites you are referring to, but I use Milewise (https://secured.milewise.com/) for my FF tracking.
At the time that I picked them, they seemed to have the most supported programs compared to the others I researched. They have a nice interface, and it's fairly easy to refresh all your point balances at once. I hate it when I have to click each program individually to find out how many points I have. Milewise has a single "update all" button you can click to make it retrieve your latest mileage totals.
I haven't tried Traxo though, so maybe they are better.... it would be nice to hear reviews for the top ten or whatever...

Thank you for the Milewise website. And I will also check out Traxo.

I have been using Traxo and really like it. But it can be slow on importing trips. Other then that I like the competition part of it as well.
Wow - thanks for the tip on Traxo. It looks like American Airlines is still available to be tracked on this site, unlike Award Wallet and MileWise. I do like how they gamified the site - it seems to be much more interactive and fun to use. I'm a fan.

I've thought about doing this, would just need the time.
AwardWallet, Traxo, UsingMiles, GoMiles, Milewise, Yodlee (and it's OEM variants), MileageManager, MileTracker/MilePort (same program), Points.com, Tripit. I think those are the ones I'm signed-up for - any others I'm missing? (I think Acruw vaporized in the last year or two)
I haven't really tracked Traxo's timeliness, but i do know the trip I scheduled yesterday was loaded when I logged in this morning. I also emailed their support/new features team yesterday and received an answer today.
I still turn to AwardWallet for the broadest list of programs and the easiest place to just check my balance and click-through to the sites (although the need the AA workaround soon), but Traxo is fun to watch/compare.
which of these completely free?? (no betas, limited time free etc...)

Traxo is free. Great site and easy to put in all of my data. I've been using it for a few years, recommended.
I've never paid for anything but AwardWallet (which, I guess, shows how superior it is). I seem to recall I was a beta tester on one or two which bypassed an annual fee. But most of them are free.
I've used Traxo pretty much since it first was available. I should qualify that probably to say that I signed up and have an account but haven't really used it actively. The UI was a challenge and it had troubles with some of my crazier trips.
My travel score is an 86 (https://www.traxo.com/profile/view?id=15072f6d93ecb2675a39d19c9002eed8), though somehow flying to India and Sri Lanka the past couple weeks decreased my score, so I'm not really sure what's up with that. I actually got the email offer last time around for the prizes of being a "winner" in their system. I think it was a $50 Avis coupon or a magazine subscription or something like that. Ultimately I never got hooked on it, mostly because the way it handles trips isn't as strong as TripIt and I like the points tracking of GoMiles much better.

The expiration feature doesn't work with BA, US etc.. Looking for something that works with those. Also their UI is clunky...

I have 38 accounts loaded and only 4 show expiration dates. As noted, Award Wallet is superior for most purposes.
Traxo is just interesting from a scoring/comparative/community standpoint - 8 different leaderboard to compare and contrast.

Thanks for the tip. Signed up, loaded my account info and everything posted except one leg of a trip that I booked using PENFED Rewards.
Will make it much easier to keep track of everything for my wife and me all in one account. May become a daily check.
