I just returned from the HWV. Today I booked another ALON for a return trip. Don't forget the deadline is May 31 to receive awards at the old levels.

I'm sure this has been covered, but I couldn't find a clear explanation in the archives...
If I receive an award before 5/31 (under the old points system), can I still use it after 5/31??

Do you know I'm actually waiting for June 1st because there are some hotels that are actually dropping in category levels so I can use less points? I'm the anomoly, I know.
