Is this office right at the station? Baggage problems to tracks?

I am thinking of renting at LHR and dropping at Ashford for Eurostar. Any pitfalls or good coupons?

Very few eurostar services stop there now. There are more journey options from Ebbsfleet. Avis have an office there.
