I've noticed that the 109 DUB - JFK is departing at 15.45 from DUB for the next while. Does anyone know if it's using pre-clearance at Dublin?. I know it doesn't when scheduled to depart at 5ish later in the season.

Not yet still a staffing issue with CBP
However it is supposed to be cleared at end of march when summer schedule starts

Guessing they are going to take more staff on? and does this mean the 11.00 to BOS (4 weekly) and the 17.10 to JFK will start using it from late March.
