I flew recently with them from Boston. I must say I was impressed. The seats on offer were Business Class seats - this is a lottery but when business class is not full, they upgrade Economy Comfort pax to the Business Class seats. Your meal choices are however the same as for Economy Class pax but they're free. Wine and beer is free; champagne and spirits are still sold.
The crew was wonderful - especially to our two young children.
You check-in at the business class counters. They also now offer as a published benefit the access to lounges at all stations. They use the Virgin Atlantic lounge in Boston - wonderful !.
