Virgin America Elevate - Why can't Virgin Process a simple refund correctly??

I had two flights in first class, fully refundable.
I cancelled them about a month before the flight date.
I have now had to call customer service number at least 5 times now and they still haven't processed the refund correctly!!
The latest is a refund for one ticket, but with a lesser amount. This has been a problem now for almost 6 weeks!!

It is beyod insane at this point!!

Yet another IT fail, it seems. You should request chargebacks from the CC issuer(s) at this point. If you used the VX Visa, I'm sure Barclays would be very interested to know that their airline partner isn't following payment terms.
