Hawaii - Booking site: Blue Hawaii Resorts

I'm planning a trip to Hawaii this spring and am finding some very good rates for hotels on this site (bluehawaiiresorts.com), but am a bit leery that it might be too good to be true.

I've Googled them, and checked the BBB, and haven't turned up anything bad, but would love to get some feedback here as well before I put any $ down.

Has anyone used them? Any issues?

wow, crickets. Not sure if this is a good thing or a bad thing.

I don't know anything about them, so sorry about that. However, I do note a few positives:

a) Their website is professionally done and user friendly. If a company has taken the time to pay a web designer to create a great interface, that bodes well for the company.

b) As a consumer, I like that they represent so many properties. It means, among other things, that they have the ability to move you to a different property should you be completely horrified at the room you've booked. Whether they would exercise that ability is another question.

c) It says on their homepage that they are rated well with the BBB. I'd imagine the BBB would make them remove that statement if it were not true.

Well, in case some other person should be curious, I did end up booking through them & have confirmed that my booking is now in the hotel's system with a hotel-issued confirmation number.

So far so good. :)

Just curious if you were pleased with this booking agent. Any problems? I'm seeing good prices also, including a rental car - but worried it might not be what it seems to be! THANKS!
