Wyndham Rewards - Car rental not showing when booking through Wyndham

Just recently started staying/earning through wyndham and the first car rental is not showing. Can someone point me as to where to start this track down effort? Car rental end date was 12/16 through National. Contract shows wyndham rewards under account but no account number? On checkin they said they couldn;t add the wyndham acct# because it was already in the system? Maybe 11 days is standard for national as to not posting?

Just not sure where to start here and not sure if i want to book the next rental in 2 weeks again this way if I have to babysit these.
