Online Travel Booking and Bidding Agencies - Travelocity loses 3-Month fare checking functionality?
I noticed that Travelocity's search engine has been changed to limit your choices to only a) exact date, or b) +/- 3 days, rather than the former capability to give you all the fares for the next few months.
Am I correct, or is there some other screen I'm not seeing?
If so, what are you using now to evaluate fares across airlines when you're sure where you want to go but have fully flexible travel dates?
Thanks,
SST

Where do you get access for the month long?
You have to put in a start date plus a duration.
It can be useful to search from somewhere in the middle of one month. Rate increases/decreases often seem to be at the beginning of a month, so this way you can see just where the change occurs.
While just experimenting, it can also be useful to use 7 days for a duration. That way the fares that come up always span a Saturday night - just in case that is part of the requirement.
You can limit the airlines searched to your particular alliance with "/alliance skyteam" in the Routing Codes area.
Lots more approaches described under Help.
You can even put in a duration of zero days. Useful if you are researching a mileage run.
