Oceania (Australia, New Zealand & the South Pacific) - GUIDANCE

I am moving to Wollongong, New south wales from Hobart, Tasmania.I will be traveling with my family (wife and daughter) and will have heavy luggage.I need some advice and guidance,
1)Is there trolly facility available at train stations.
2)Is it possible to travel with heavy luggage from Sydney to Wollongong.
3)Is there any bus service available from Sydney to Wollongong.:

I would think that doing a one-way car rental would be a better way of doing it

Unsure how QF FF fits into this, but perhaps a one way car or van rental may move people and heavy luggage far easier than struggling with trains. Also, if you must use a train between Sydney and the Gong, it may be more comfortable for all concerned if you avoid afternoon peak hour trains. I'm not aware of trollys at any CityRail stations (but you might find the odd shopping trolly in some places).

1) At the Airport stations yes, outside of that no (only for countrylink passengers)
