Chicago - Chicago-amazing iii forks

Just got done dining in Chicago at III Forks.

It is near LakeShore East, this place is a hidden gem

Amazing - Normally I do not get a steak, because I think I can grill a steak just as good as anyone else, but I have been proven wrong.

All there sides are included, the potatoe, cream corn(to die for), tomatoes and scallions.

The NY Strip, medium rare was mouth watering and all PRIME beef. The Pork Chop blew away Perrys Steak House.

We had a bottle of Justin Wine and it was outstanding!!

The experience was better than Mortons, Perrys, Gibsons or Ruth Chris.

You know there is a III Forks in your home base of Austin as well.

The NY Strip, medium rare was mouth watering and all PRIME beef. FYI, anyone can call their beef Prime, as in "Our Prime Steaks" or "We serve only prime beef", the key is if it states USDA Prime. I went to the III Forks website www.3forks.com and they state that their beef is USDA Prime. ^

Do you know if it is wet-aged or dry-aged beef?
