Finnair Plus - HEL Spa/ Lounge Questions

Hey all! I'll be flying via HEL soon, and I am eager to visit the spa. A few questions:

1) My routing is JFK-HEL-CPH. Will I have access to the non-schengen lounge on arrival, or is it strictly for departures?
2) Is the spa area coed?
3) Do I need a bathing suit?

1) Go through transit security but turn towards gates 36 & 37 instead of heading to Schengen passport control. No problems at all.

2) Yes, it's co-ed so wear your towel or swimming trunks/suit

3) It would be preferable to be able to enjoy the upper level pool. Rentals also available

There is no transit security when arriving from JFK.
