Just a heads-up...
ANA is now posting their F&B menus in .pdf format on their site. Yes, they always had these before in simple HTML form, but now they appear in full versions as they will be printed off and presented in their special folders during the flight. This is a nice touch that very few airlines actually provide online.

The website previously displayed menus two months out, but I can't locate a menu for February (I'm interested in the February F menu from IAD-NRT). What am I missing?

The website displayed the next month's menu beginning on the 1st of the previous month, ex. January's menu showed up on December 1st. Therefore, February's won't show up until January 1st. This remains the case. However, on flights originating in Japan, if you look on the English portion of the menus you will see months, i.e. December, January and February in parentheses, foretelling you of which food items will be made available on that particular flight. For flights originating in the U.S. you will have to wait until January 1st.
