South - St Simons Island, GA Restaurants/Hotel/NYE..Help!

I'll be visiting St Simons Island NYE weekend. I've never been before and was looking for some recommendations for hotel/restaurants and if anyone is a local and knows where's a good place to party NYE. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!:cool:

Well, I guess that depends upon your budget. If money is not a concern, The Cloister or The Lodge are really the only way to go. I prefer The Cloister, but The Lodge has butler service, if that is important to you. These are both 5-star properties in every sense of the word.

Otherwise, the King and Prince is a great property, and should be fairly reasonable that time of year. Comfortable rooms and friendly staff.
