Just searched for a flight on swiss.com and saw the first time that there is now "Multi segment journey | Open jaw flights" available there :)

Could be quiet useful for MRs with Business Saver and ZRH-GVA connection ;)

It's about time! What an embarrassment that it has taken this long.

But don't you just love the knife and the cheese cutting board that were given instead?

I to be honest - if I had the choice - would prefer the thousand Swissies rather than this thing - which is not a cheese cutting board but actually supposed to for expensive chocolate.
But as Quen Antoinette said: Let them eat cake if they don't have bread..
And before you ask: no I am not working for Swiss, I am just a paying customer who feels embarrassed how badly you can treat such motivated staff - the real differentiator of this airlines are its crews - what the meangement did here (changing the logo - insulting the people that create the customer experience is against every common wisdom of Branding and Employee Engagement...)

I am embarrassed as well, whilst we all agree this cost-cutting at the same time of a record profit is a bit strange, I think that service based companies need to understand that these very people are the direct link to the customer.
Same with pharma companies in the Basel region, first they post record profits and then they sack people to increase margins worldwide. It's a disgrace and should be stopped.
Because of this idiot behaviour, companies that do need to reduce staff for survival reasons cannot do so because rules are equal for everybody and thus we want to prevent all sorts of unemployment, not merely the "justified".
I will continue flying Swiss, but I still disprove of this majorly.
