Hilton HHonors - Response time for email inquiries

Just curious what your experiences have been. I'm not complaining.

I e-mailed "flyertalk@hilton.com" on Monday (4/14) at 4pm Eastern and I still have not heard back yet.

In my experience it tends to take ~7 days. I emailed hhonors@hilton.com on 3/4 and received a response on 3/11. I tried flyertalk@hilton.com on 4/1 and received a response on 4/8. It's generally much quicker to call; besides, if they deny your request on the phone, you can keep calling back until you get the response you wanted. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/biggrin.gif

I e-mailed them at the "contact us" address on the bottom of the front page of the HH home page yesterday and had a response 24 hours later.

I used the generic email and got a reply in 2 days saying "we'll followup with our airline liason".. so maybe it was a quick response since it was just passing the buck.

I wrote to flyertalk@hilton.com over two weeks ago and have heard nothing at all.
