I was wondering Whiskey Tango Foxtrot was up with the Texas carve-out. Sure, I get that some states don't allow free alcohol giveaways or reward points (such as hotel program points) for bar purchases -- but this is glasschalice-ware, not alcohol.

The problem can't really be that it's a free item with alcohol advertising, can it? *boggle*

I don't recall the day I've ordered it, but if this topic has been started on December 20th, then I can suggest I've ordered it either on 20th or on 21st.

Considering the fact, that it arrived to SF Bay Area from WI, I can say for sure that you will get it next week for sure. It's regular USPS shipment.

I received my chalice yesterday. It came with a 9-step Belgian pouring ritual guide. I wonder if I might need a 12-step program to go along with it. :)

Mine arrived over the weekend. It was properly bathed and promptly put in to action. I tested it twice to ensure everything was in proper working order. It tasted like Stella, mission accommplished.

Well, I did not need the "Chalice" anyway. I've got a bunch of "Glasses" hanging around that will most likely work just dandy for holding some brew before popping it down my gullet.

And since I rarely (if ever) drink alcohol, the "Chalice" would only be gathering dust.

As we're both in the Metro DC area, it may help you to know that I've seen a two-pack of what appear to be the same glasses at Total Wines. IIRC, they were around $16 for a pair.

I live in Dallas but I ordered one to ship to California because I go there pretty often to visit my family.

Just FYI all, I had one shipped to Texas.

I used a TX address and Zip but choose OK for state. Sure enough USPS figured it out and I received a glass... I mean chalice.

Unfortunately, the deal ended Monday, so it probably is not a help to anyone, unless they do this promotion again.
