In Germany is a new AMEX Gold FT Card available, which let you earn 2 AmexRewardsPoints for 1 Euro!
(annual fee: 180 Euro)
So you can double your SPG points per Euro spent from 1 to 2!
Not that deal like Hilton HHonors AMEX, but this is not offered in Germany.
