I had booked a flight from BKK-KUL on MS.
Luck would have it that I just checked my booked flight, and noticed that it had been cancelled and changed to depart the next day instead.
I have not received any communication either via email or SMS from MS about the change of schedule, and so far I have not received a reply from MS customer service.
What should I do here? Just book with another airline?

Still no reply from MS customer service.
I think I'll stay away from this airline in the future...

I've never received any email or SMS updates from Egyptair about flight details. Usually the good ol' conventional phone. I suggest that you try to give them a call. If your local office is called and its urgent, I suggest you go to their website and get the contact information for their offices in other countries. I was once in Spain and needed them to add something in the notes of my reservation, so I ended up calling up their office in Canada or New York and they were helpful. They also recently introduced a chat option on their website, used it a few times it was helpful. But its only available during working hours in Cairo. Hope you find this helpful.

After 4-5 emails it worked out. Re-booked on TG.

And you need to switch to egyptair.com to Egyptian site (= country Egypt)
