Amtrak Guest Rewards - How long for CO transfers to AGR?

Attempting to avoid another multiple hour wait to speak to the OnePass desk, how long has it taken for CO mileage transfers to AGR lately? It's been 2 weeks and the miles haven't posted to AGR.
I just don't want to wait until 12/31 and end up with no ability to properly transfer the points.
Thanks!

Typically, CO>AGR transfers post on the first Monday after the initiation. If two weeks has passed, I think it is time to get back to CO to find out what going on.
Were you able to contact Continental and track your miles down? I initiated my transfer last Wednesday and am still waiting...

I transferred points recently and they took less than 24 hours to post. Be SURE to verify all account numbers with the agent before s/he completes the transaction. I did have problems with the read-back of the account numbers and had to cancel the first transaction to be sure the account numbers were right. Tell the agent at the beginning of the call that you want the numbers verified before they complete the transaction.
Since it's been two weeks, I would definitely call to verify the transfer.
I was wondering the same thing. I transferred 60K points from CO to AGR on Dec 9th, and I don't see my points in my AGR account yet. I hate to wait on the phone for another 1+ hours to just find out that the process is just taking a while, or worse yet, they can't tell me anything. I was originally told 8-10 days is what I should expect.

My 12-8 and 12-13 transfers have not made to Amtrak as yet

I requested a 25K transfer to AGR on 12/7, also still no sign of it at Amtrak yet. AGR says they have no record of any transfer from CO, so I'm using some downtime to sit on hold with CO to see if they know where it is.
If I reach a person before I have to leave the office, I'll post any insight they have on how long these are taking. I was told originally it would be 10 days.

Thanks for the welcome.
Hold time was only about 20 minutes. Didn't really get any new info, other than agent says they are somewhat slow. I had her check the account numbers and all was entered correctly.
I'll have the opportunity to spend quality time with their hold music if it doesn't come through next Monday or so.
Guess I shoulda moved these old orphaned miles out a long time ago!

I wonder if Continental temporarily ran out of Amtrak points to trade...an 11/28 made it through in the usual Monday-after amount of time. My 12/15 is still pending though.
12/19/2011 Amtrak Mileage Transfer 2VX5 (5,000)
12/09/2011 Amtrak Mileage Transfer 2VX60 (60,000)
I haven't seen the points from either of these transactions show up in my AGR account yet. Makes me nervous...

I transferred 12/12. Still nothing. Stinks because I NEED to travel this upcoming weekend. Anyone want to lend me 20k points? I'll make it worth your while.
Has anyone had any luck so far with mid-late December transfers? I am still waiting on my transfer that I initiated on December 14 and was really hoping the miles would show up this morning. I am just taking a guess here here, but is there any chance Continental is out of AGR points and is waiting for all the requests through the 31st and purchasing the exact amount required at that time so as to have none left over?

They said for sure by Monday, December 26th. The points DID NOT post. I am calling again now to follow up. This has been quite frustrating indeed. They did verify the correct AGR number etc. so I am really unsure what the problem is.

Well I tried to follow up but the OnePass service center is not accepting calls at this time. They have a recorded message and then it just disconnects.

From the sounds of it over the the CO forum, the wait times are getting even worse at OPSC. My 12/7/11 transfer request still hasn't processed (and a call last Thursday confirmed all the account numbers are right) even though the rather harried sounding agent said it "should be there this week."
Anyone know if the OPSC will still be open after this week to sort out problems? Especially for those of us who have already had the miles deducted on the CO end.

The only time I've had any reasonable luck getting in is to call right when they open in the morning. Only 15-20 minutes then.

So I got a call back today after speaking with multiple supervisors yesterday and they told me it was a "glitch" and the points were in my account.
Good luck to everyone. It seems this last week is going to be rough trying to contact the OPSC.

Have you checked your Amtrak account to be sure?

I just called to make a transfer, and got through with about 2 minutes on hold after being connected to OPSC via the elite desk (the elite agent warned about long hold times and checked to see if she could do the transfer without going through OPSC; of course that was not possible, but the effort was appreciated). The OPSC agent said it should take about 10 days; we will see.

Agree with this. After being hung up on several times I've gotten connected via the elite desk with only a minute or 2 hold time.

JUST Received this email from CO in response to my email inquiry
Dear Darben
Thank you for contacting the OnePass Service Center.
We have discovered a glitch in transferring miles to the Amtrak
accounts.
Our marketing department is working to get this issue resolved. Your
miles should post by the beginning of next week.
Thank you for your patience.
Regards,
Karen Anderson

I finally got the miles to post by asking the agent at the OPSC to call Amtrak and check if they had received the request yet. After putting me on hold for about ten minutes she came back and said that they had discovered a glitch in the system and that the miles should be posted soon but she would check with the Amtrak agent to find out when. The OSPC agent then attempted to put me on hold again, but accidentally transferred me to the Amtrak lady who was very surprised to be speaking directly to a customer. She apologized for the delay and said she would put the miles in my account while I waited. Sure enough they appeared within a minute. The week and a half delay in receiving the miles cost me the E bedroom I was hoping to snag on the Zephyr (it was available when I initiated the transfer) but oh well, at least I finally got the miles. Hope they fix this issue once and for all.

It is now fixed no more transfers

I requested a transfer on 12/27 and nothing on the Amtrak side yet. Serves me right for waiting until the last minute! I'm going to give it one more Monday (in case the batch didn't run over the holidays) before calling and fussing about it.
On the Amtrak trains forum, everyone is posting that if they made a CO to AGR points transfer during the month of December, that no one has received their points yet. I did a transfer on Dec 9th and haven't seen my points yet either. So you are not alone...

As an update, just got the same email back in under 24-hours from OPSC...allow another 7-10 days, backlog of Amtrak requests, yada, yada, yada.
At least they sound like it's still in process, even if quite a lot of sand in the gears.

I transferred 15,000 miles on 12/30, and they showed up today. I was surprised to see them so soon given what others have been saying, but maybe a lot of others went through as well?

Looks like my 12/15 posted today as well!

I have one of the two I requested from 12/27, but not the other. I wanted to transfer 80,000, but the largest single redemption available is 60k, so it was posted in blocks of 60 and 20 -- the 60 have now showed up, but the 20 have not. Weird.
