I will be travelling FRA-ICN in F and am wondering about lounge options. I have read that the LH F lounges in FRA may not be accessible, so what's the best option there. Also, is there an OZ F arrivals lounge at ICN and does it have showers/bath?

Assuming your flight to ICN is on Asiana Lufthansa First Class Lounges are not available, unless you arrive to Frankfurt in Lufthansa First Class or Swiss First Class flight via ZRH or hold a M&M Hon Circle Card.
You will have access to Lufthansa Senator Lounges (which technically are *A First Class Lounges) and naturally Business Class lounges (although why would you choose one of those...).

As OZ lounges are mostly targeted at Korean businessmen and-women, no real need for arrivals lounges as saunas and spas are everywhere. There is a downmarket one in the basement of the ICN terminal and an upscale version f.ex. at the Hyatt Regency at the Airport. And downtown Seoul has plenty more.
