Other European Frequent Flyer Programs - Zagreb Connection Time?

Connecting in Zagreb from Croatia Airlines to Spanair (DBV-ZAG-BCN) in business class. Its 45 minutes from arrival in ZAG to departure for BCN. Is this sufficient time? I'm not familiar with Zagreb airport at all. Any issues with baggage transfer b/w Croatia Air and Spanair? They are both Star Alliance and code share, so I assume it should not be an issue. Any thoughts would be helpful.

Zagreb airport is very small and although you will be bussed both from DBV and to BCN planes it seems to be sufficient time.
