Le Club Accorhotels - TAM Fidelidade - A|Club - Transfer issue

Hi all,

I have requested to Transfer my TAM Fidelidade points to AClub.

There is currently a promotion running that 1 TAM point is equivalent 1 A|Club point. The points were posted into my account, however only the half of the points that should be credited.

How would you contact either TAM or AClub?

Contact them Both, I would start with Multiplus Fidelidade. Call them.
BTW, how long did it take to transfer?

It took exactly 7 days to be posted, but well only 3000 points instead of 6000 as per Multiplus Fidelidade promotion 1:1.

Do you have any eMail where to contact Multiplus Fidelidade?
