Had three hours delay (AMS-BRU) and waiting now three weeks for an answer... Thank You Good Luck....Thalys customer service is absolutely abysmal. Of course, you can always call them....I think its an 80 cent/min premium line with different numbers for NL,FR and DE. I've tried this number and gave up after 10 minutes on hold. I think the only option is to physically go to the office in Bruxelles and find someone there to speak to. Cheers |
